Norm Reid

Norm has been working in this business for over 10 years now. He started off designing and running his own monthly newspaper in New Brunswick before working for a medical publisher for a couple of years. From there, he started 4effect. When you can't find Norm on the computer he is probably playing tennis or golf.

Sharon Peck-Reid

Sharon is our video production and photography expert. Her background is in photography and she worked for several years at Fuji Film. Sharon has a natural instinct for video editing and can take a client's ideas make them reality. When she's not working, the twins keep her busy.
